Vouchers may be given in leu of cash or prizes.

Vouchers Policy

• • Not valid unless endorsed
  • Expires one (1) year from issue date
  • Redeemable towards the purchase of
    • AHS Merchandise
    • AHS-Branded Event Entries*
      • NB: AHS runs many events. Some are ours, others we are contracted to run. Valid only on AHS-Branded Event Entries
  • Cannot be used for
    • Food
    • Beverage
    • Nuclear Weapons
    • Illegal Drugs
    • *“Pass through” fees
      • Including but not limited to:
      • Greens Fees
      • PDGA Post Event Fee
      • Ancillary Action
        • Ace, CTP, etc
      • Proccessing Fees
      • Other fees that are not the Event Entry fee itself
  • Only redeemable by the named person
  • Property of AHS
  • Void if
    • Altered
    • Transferred
    • Reproduced
    • Exchanged
    • Sold
    • Where restricted by law
  • Treat the card like cash
    • If lost or stolen, it will not be replaced
